Welcome to Carderia (“Carderia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services in Egypt, including (a) browsing and purchasing predefined trading card sets, and (b) registering for community tournaments with QR-based check-in (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, placing an order, or registering for a tournament, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are & scope

Carderia is an unregistered brand currently operating in Egypt. We provide curated, predefined sets of trading cards produced with professional print standards, and we host or facilitate community tournaments. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any official TCG publisher. All rights in original cards remain with their respective publishers.

Unofficial products: Our card sets are intended for personal, private, and community play. They are not official tournament-legal cards for sanctioned events.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• Account: You may shop as a guest where available or create an account. If you register, you are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• Age: Purchases are available to individuals 16+. Tournament participation is allowed from 12+ with parental/guardian consent where required.
• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information (e.g., name, address, contact details).

3. Products

• Predefined sets only: We do not accept custom uploads or user-generated content. Our catalog consists solely of curated sets listed on our Store.
• Representations: Product images are illustrative mockups. Minor color or trim variations are expected.
• Tolerances: Print tolerances (±1mm) and slight color shifts may occur.

4. Orders, pricing & payments

• Currency: All prices are displayed in EGP.
• Live pricing: Prices are shown on each set’s product page. The amount confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
• Payments: We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments via Paymob will be introduced later.
• Promotions: Discounts and offers may apply; these are displayed on product pages and at checkout when active.

5. Production & shipping

• Production: Typical production time is 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
• Shipping: Orders ship with trusted couriers across Egypt. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days for Cairo/Giza and 3–6 for other governorates.
• Risk of loss: Title and risk transfer when handed to the courier. We will assist with courier claims where possible.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

• No cancellations: Orders are final once placed, except where defective.
• Defects: If your order is defective, email support@carderia.space within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos. If verified, we may reprint or refund at our discretion.
• Non-returnable: All items are custom-printed and cannot be returned unless defective.
• Delays: Courier delays outside our control are not grounds for refund.

7. Tournaments

• Registration: Tournament entry requires valid registration. Check-in is via QR code/ID at the venue.
• Eligibility: Open to players 12+ with parental consent if under 16.
• Refunds: Tournament fees are non-refundable once registered.
• Conduct: Cheating or rule violations may result in penalties or removal without refund.
• Prizes: Cash/merch prizes are paid in EGP unless otherwise stated. Winners are responsible for any tax obligations.

8. Intellectual property

Our website, brand, and logo are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or misuse our materials. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to those practices.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our products are unofficial, unlicensed, and not tournament-legal for sanctioned play. Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carderia disclaims all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or tournament entry giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts of Cairo, Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The contract language is English. An Arabic translation may be provided for convenience; if there is a conflict, the English version prevails.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
