Refund & Returns Policy
Effective date: 11/6/2025
We want every Carderia order to arrive in perfect, ready-to-play condition. This policy explains when and how refunds, replacements, and returns work for orders delivered in Egypt.
1) Our promise (damaged or defective items)
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (e.g., severe miscut, major color shift, smudging, bent corners on arrival), we will, after review and verification, either reprint & reship at no cost or issue a refund for the impacted items (our discretion).
- Proof required: clear photos or a short video showing the issue and the outer packaging.
- Timing: please report within 3 days of delivery (to align with our Terms & Shipping Policy).
- No return needed: in most cases we do not require a physical return; please keep items until we confirm resolution or disposal.
2) What is covered
- Transit damage: crushed box, moisture damage, significant dents or bends.
- Production defects: heavy misalignment, ink smearing, severe color defects, missing cards within a set, or obvious miscollation.
- Wrong items/quantity: you received something other than what you ordered, or counts don’t match the invoice.
3) What is not covered
- Change of mind after the order is placed (orders are final once confirmed).
- Wrong selection of set(s) at checkout (please review product pages before purchasing).
- Normal tolerances: minor color variance due to device/screen differences and ±1 mm trim tolerance.
- Courier delays outside our control (see Shipping Policy for timelines).
4) How to request a refund or reprint
- Email support@carderia.space with your order ID, a brief description, and photos/video of the issue (include packaging & labels).
- We review quickly and confirm eligibility. If approved, we’ll proceed with a free reprint & reship or a refund for the impacted items.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated or when the replacement is queued for production.
5) Refund method & timing
- Cash on Delivery (current): refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., InstaPay/Vodafone Cash) once approved. Processing times depend on your bank/wallet (typically 1–3 business days).
- Online payments (Paymob, when available): refunds return to the original payment method per processor timelines.
- Store credit option: if you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a cash refund.
6) Cancellations
- Orders are final once placed, except where an item is defective (see Section 1). Please review your cart before checkout.
7) Missing, late, or lost deliveries
- If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or the parcel is confirmed lost after courier investigation, we’ll reprint or refund the impacted items (your choice).
- If delivery is attempted but refused or repeatedly unsuccessful, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
8) Tournaments & event fees
- Event cancelled/postponed by organizer: full refund of the entry fee.
- No-show or voluntary withdrawal: non-refundable unless the event page states otherwise.
9) Abuse prevention
To protect fair use, we may request additional verification where refund claims are excessive or inconsistent. Accounts found abusing the policy may be restricted.
10) Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have.
